The district's rapid change is visible in parking problems exacerbated by new high-rise housing developments, a University-supported plan for shared equity, infrastructure enhancements funded by tax increment financing and more. Hear perspectives from a variety of stakeholders and join the discussion about how neighborhood redevelopment can benefit all constituencies - residents, students, business owners, and institutions.
