      You are invited to attend the 2019 Community Mental Health Summit hosted by the Memphis VA Medical Center. The purpose of the Mental Health Summit is to bring together key community stakeholders with the goal of enhancing access to mental health services while addressing the health and wellness of Veterans and their families within the Greater Memphis and surrounding area. In order to deliver Veteran-centered, recovery-oriented care active collaboration and coordination with community partners must take place. Join us on Friday, September 13, 2019 to become enlightened on Veteran-centered topics and discuss ways to improve accessibility to mental health services.  The theme this year is MILITARTY SEXUAL TRAUMA: STOP THE STIGMA. Topics discussed will cover Military Sexual Trauma, suicide prevention and mental health services, and more..
